1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Verdant app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Verdant.
2. Permitted Use
Verdant is intended for personal, non-commercial use as a grow journal and gardening assistant. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use Verdant to build a competing product without written permission.
3. AI Advisor Disclaimer
The AI Advisor feature provides information generated by third-party AI models. This information is not professional horticultural, agricultural, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own growing decisions. Do not rely solely on AI-generated guidance for high-stakes decisions. Verdant makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of AI responses.
4. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions. Verdant does not handle payment information directly. Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of Verdant is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Limitation of Liability
Verdant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Griffith Made and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Verdant.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Verdant after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
