By downloading, installing, or using the Verdant app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Verdant.
2. Permitted Use
Verdant is intended for personal use as environment intelligence, a grow journal, and an optional gardening assistant. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use Verdant to build a competing product without written permission.
3. Guidance Disclaimer
Verdant assessments, forecasts, recommendations, and optional Coach responses are informational and are not professional horticultural, agricultural, safety, or legal advice. You remain responsible for growing and equipment decisions and should verify important actions against direct observation and equipment documentation.
4. Verdant Pro and Hardware
Verdant Pro requires a verified Verdant Edge. Some existing users may retain access under earlier terms. Edge availability and pricing are not announced on this website; any purchase terms will be provided with an actual offer.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of Verdant is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Limitation of Liability
Verdant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Griffith Made and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Verdant.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Verdant after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
