One-Sentence Description
Verdant is independent grow intelligence for the plant, the grow history, and the drift a controller cannot explain on its own.
Two-Sentence Description
Controllers react to conditions. Verdant tells the grower whether the grow is actually moving in the right direction by connecting drift, recovery, plant memory, and outcomes.
Paragraph Description
Verdant is the independent intelligence layer above grow controllers. It turns temperature, humidity, VPD, journal entries, photos, and equipment activity into one answer: is the grow stable, drifting, recovering, or getting worse?
Plant records, journal entries, photos, and environmental history stay on the grower's device. Home Assistant and other controllers keep running the equipment; Verdant uses their evidence to explain what happened next.
Verdant Pro uses Edge for local drift detection, forecasting, and seven-day controller outcome verification. Coach offers a conversational view of intelligence Verdant has already built; it is not the intelligence engine itself.
Verdant is currently in pre-launch. Public release timing is announced separately.
